Gin is my absolute favorite, and this festive holiday cocktail is always a crowd pleaser. It's relatively simple to make with seriously stunning results. I love making these with maple syrup during the colder months, but simple syrup works great here too. A twist of lemon peel and rosemary add the perfect finishing touch.
Gin fizzes are pretty straightforward. After dry shaking the egg whites with the gin and syrup, a little soda water poured over top binds with the whites and creates the beautiful foam.

Notes
- Maple syrup goes really well with the pomegranate in these gin fizzes, but if you don't have any on hand or would like a more traditional gin fizz, simple syrup can absolutely be substituted.
- Aquafaba can be subbed for egg whites if you're looking for a vegan gin fizz!
- Club soda or soda water will work great in this recipe!
- If you prefer your gin fizzes less sweet, hold back half of the syrup.
